Who runs the world? - GIRLS!!!

Kickstart our run Club season with a group run along the Shiloh Trail. You will be paired with another woman with similar goals. Bring a stroller or come alone! This trail is perfect for everyone.
Warmup and cool down all together.

Stay after the event to enjoy a drink from City Brew & talk to Cindy from Time Out Sports about Running Shoes.
There is no perfect shoe for everyone.
Learn the different elements of a running shoe and when it may be time to find something new for you and your goals.
