Heights Grand Opening - Lake Elmo April 2, 2024

Welcome Heights Mamas!!!

We are so excited to have some recurring classes up in the 59105 area code! Join us on April 2nd to kick off our New Location!!
We will have a 60-minute class filled with movement, laughter and community.

This is a Mommy & Me class so bring on the kiddos!! Young children (under 5) are encouraged to stay in a stroller. Older kiddos can walk/run along with mama and relax at stations. We also have modifications for baby-wearing as well. This is an hour of self-care for the Mamas! Don't worry. We have plenty of songs, tickles, bubbles and ways to keep the kids entertained. Stay after for a fun craft and meet some other amazing women in your neighborhood.

Your first class is always free. Sign up after class for our New Member special and join us again on Friday, April 5th for our Strides 360 class. Same time. Same place.

We will have class in the heights every Tuesday & Friday!!
