Mommy & Me - Stroller StridesĀ®

Stroller Strides is a functional fitness program that moms do with kids in tow. It includes cardio, intervals of strength and body toning exercises and mama specific core moves. These classes are 60 minutes long and taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors. It is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Don't worry about your little ones; Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms can exercise and be distraction free (Extra snacks are never a bad option though). We use fitness bands, bodyweight and the environment to achieve all of our exercises. We can go anywhere and get a good workout.
