Body Well is an 8-week, mom-only program designed to teach you easy and sustainable habits to live your best life. Get challenged weekly in our classes and nourish your body with our easy to follow client guide. This is NOT a crash diet. Our coaches will check in on you weekly and help you achieve whatever your goal may be.
Community Building
Our Village Moms Club & Playgroup
Our Village events is a combination of after class activities, playgroups, field trips, moms night outs, educational seminars and so much more. Connect with other young families in the area in this stress free environment. All ages and stages of motherhood are welcome. You do not need to be a member to attend.

FIT4BABY classes are designed for the expecting mamas. All trimesters and fitness levels are encouraged to join. Pregnancy is the perfect time to focus on the health of you and your baby.

Enjoy 45 Minutes of movement designed for the prenatal and early postpartum body. Reconnect with your breath and focus on form and stability. This workout will allow you to move and feel strong as you shift through motherhood.
Mommy & Me Classes
Mommy & Me - Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones (ages 6 weeks up to 5 yrs). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Mommy & Me - Stroller Barre
Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This is a great compliment to our Stroller Strides class format and is made for all ages and stages of motherhood. Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Hybrid Classes (Come With or Without Your Stroller)
Strides 360
Strides 360® is for mom alone or with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.
Body Ignite + Childcare
Body Ignite is your one-stop shop for body sculpting. Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bars/dumbbells, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. Dedicated core and flexibility work are included to help you move and feel better. Strengthen your body to lift, lunge, and lug everything life throws your way. This class is a fantastic complement to cardio workouts or other activities you enjoy!

Run Club
Group Runs
Group Runs are just that; an opportunity to get out and run with other women in the area. All paces and stages of motherhood are welcome. We offer a number of options for distance and always run on stroller friendly trails in case you want that extra resistance with your kiddos . Stay after to enjoy some coffee and get connected to the other ladies in our group. We rotate between heights, downtown and west end locations.

Run Club - Speed Training
Want to increase your speed? Join us for 60-minutes of speed training once a week at a local park or track. Walkers & Sprinters are encouraged to join. Our coaches are here to help you achieve your goals and push your limits: in a fun & safe environment! Everyone is a winner at FIT4MOM!

Body Boost is a full body, high intensity workout. Take 60-minutes for yourself. You can guarantee to leave feeling empowered and ready to take on the day after a cool down and meditation.
